1. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing a reason.

To complete the return process, customers must submit a completed Return Form together with the returned products.
2. Return Conditions
Returned products must:

be in their original condition suitable for resale;

show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration;

include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Unless otherwise agreed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returned products must be shipped within 14 days from the date the withdrawal request was submitted.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of the request.
Unless otherwise agreed, shipping costs related to exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after the returned products have been received and inspected.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or through the original payment method used during checkout, where applicable.
La Manière reserves the right to withhold refunds until the returned products or valid proof of shipment have been received.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
