5. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

A purchase contract is considered concluded once the customer receives an order confirmation by email and/or an order status confirmation through the website.

Before finalizing an order, the customer must:

  • select products and sizes;

  • provide delivery and billing information;

  • choose a payment method;

  • confirm the order through the checkout process.

La Manière reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, suspend, or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

  • pricing or technical errors;

  • unavailable products;

  • abuse of promotional campaigns;

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded using the original payment method.

6. PAYMENTS

La Manière does not store or have direct access to complete payment card information.

Available payment methods may vary depending on the customer’s country and order type.

7. DELIVERY

Orders within Bulgaria are typically delivered within 24 hours on business days and may include the option for inspection and fitting upon delivery where supported by the courier service.

International deliveries are generally completed within 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier operations.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • customs procedures;

  • courier delays;

  • public holidays;

  • force majeure events;

  • peak seasonal periods.

La Manière shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon delivery of the shipment.

Customers are advised to inspect parcels upon delivery and immediately report visible damage to the courier and to La Manière.

8. RETURNS AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the products, without providing a reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Returned products must:

  • be in original condition suitable for resale;

  • be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged;

  • include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed within 14 days from the date the returned products or valid proof of shipment are received.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

9. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalized products;

  • sealed products unsuitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons once unsealed after delivery;

  • products damaged due to improper use by the customer.

  • videos,

  • graphics,

  • texts,

  • branding materials,
